How do you manage stress?

I myself, a healthcare advocate am also working on my stress level with health, family and work. As a mother of 2 working, caring for my family and building a business, I often get wrapped up in my own stress and in my own world. It is important to fit “me” time into my day in order to be a better person, mother and wife.

Tip for managing a Fast-Paced Lifestyle

  1. Go for a walk
  2. Dance
  3. Breathe deeply
  4. Try yoga
  5. Spend time with loved ones
  6. Sleep until you wake naturally

Down regulating your system with breathing can change the way you feel, the way your body “feels” and how your mood is perceived.
