And the root of the problem comes down to a dysfunctional breathing pattern.
Now there is absolutely nothing wrong with this, in fact this is completely normal. The problem becomes when you utilize this pattern and this pattern only. Meaning you are twisted in only one direction. You essentially never “untwist” the other way.
Once we start recognizing these patterns we can leverage the breath and change the shape of your body from within. This means less pain, more movement without pain and the calmness you have been craving.

The alignment of our body and true balance from within begins and ends with our body’s reference to how our diaphragm is operating.
Do me a favor, in whatever position you are in, take a big breath in and hold it.
What did your body do?
Now try to bend down and touch your toes or reach your arms to the sky.
Pretty difficult huh?
Okay, let out your breath now…
The reason is that the air inside our body, creates a disregulated pressure system.
One that causes unnecessary tension, pain and limits movement.
In fact, if you were sitting when you were doing this demonstration, it flared your ribs, arched your back and dumped your pelvis forward. Now imagine picking up your kid that way, or doing your physical job duties at work, or going for a walk.
Your spine is taking up too much of the energy/wear/tear to move your body forward.
Now we can change this and disperse the tension and motion properly throughout your whole body. And we do that by teaching you how to breathe.
We breathe 25,000 times a day a rest, and in a faulty position, this alone can cause some unnecessary issues on your body.
I teach you how to slow it down, connect to your breath, and release the emotion and pain out of your body by helping you correct the alignment of your body so you can feel safe moving, exercising, and live your life.

You might have a few pain points going on. Maybe you have a “neck thing” and an old injury or maybe you have a “hip thing” and limits your ability to jump into life fully. This program is designed to create a systematic way of jumping into balancing your body with your breath, shoes, and movement so you can stay injury free and create a life you enjoy…pain free!
This package includes 6 sessions with Deanna to tap into your body’s potential, reduce painful lifestyle habits and create a comprehensive treatment plan. You’ll also receive chat access throughout the week so you can get your questions answered in between sessions.

2-SESSION CONSULTATION
This is for you if we have worked together in the past and you are due for a new shoe.. We will also advance your PRI program with activities that will assist your healing along with the proper shoe to compliment your needs. I will assess your body’s needs on visit 1, and determine which shoes to order and bring in for visit 2.

What you should know...
- I am a self-pay (cash, HSA, credit card, or check), solo healthcare provider that offers premium one-on-one care for my clients. I do not accept insurance—by not participating with insurers I am able to provide you the high quality treatment you need and deserve—not what insurance models dictate.
- I serve clients anywhere via my virtual sessions, or if you’re local to Grants Pass, Oregon, we can meet for in-person sessions.
- My 3-session program is the minimum commitment to work with me (except for Breech Baby consultations) as this work is a process and re-training your body takes time. Trust the journey and enjoy the ride!
What it looks like...
First, you book a free discovery call with me to discuss which program option is the best fit for you and any questions you may have.
- All programs start with the Initial Consultation: where I assess your movement patterns along with discussing your struggles and your goals for the program.
- Happy Feet: After we get you breathing more efficiently to help you move more freely, we look at your feet. Did you know that a shoe can make or break your healing program? And for a busy mom, that is a non-negotiable in my book.
- The Process: The root of your body pain might be rooted in your breath and how your body is positioned or it might need additional modalities such as dental or visual integration. (**This is not where we start)
