How do we define constipation?

IF you are not pooping 2-3 times a day you ARE constipated.

It’s almost like trying to water your garden with a hose that has holes in it. Where does that extra water go?  It sprays everywhere BUT where you WANT it to go.

The same thing happens with the body when your “exit strategy” aka pooping is suboptimal.
